To maintain a safe, transparent, and lawful marketplace, Listasale Com, LLC prohibits certain items from being listed, advertised, or sold on Listasale.com.
These restrictions exist to comply with federal and state laws, payment processor requirements, and our platform’s commitment to a family-friendly experience.

By creating a listing, you agree not to post, advertise, or offer for sale any items outlined in this policy. Violations may result in removal of listings, suspension or termination of your account, and/or further legal action.

1. Adult & Explicit Content

• Pornographic materials are strictly prohibited.
  
• Artistic or historical items that include nudity are permitted only when presented tastefully and not sexually explicit.
  
• All listings must remain suitable for a general audience.
  
  

2. Alcohol, Drugs, and Tobacco

• Alcohol cannot be sold through Listasale.com. Collectible or decorative bottles may be listed only if they are empty.
  
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and paraphernalia are not permitted.
  
• Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vape devices, cannot be listed.
  
• Hookahs or decorative pipes may be listed if unused and sold as collectible or decorative items.
  
  

3. Jewelry & Marked Goods

• Jewelry listings must accurately describe the item’s materials and authenticity.
  
• Any stamped or hallmark markings (e.g., “18K,” “925,” “Platinum”) must match the actual composition.
  
• Misrepresentation of jewelry or marked goods will result in listing removal and may lead to suspension or account termination.
  
  

4. Animals & Animal Products

• Live animals cannot be listed or sold.
  
• Items made from endangered or protected species are prohibited.
  
• Ivory or ivory-containing products are banned.
  
• Feathers protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act are prohibited unless documented as legal.
  
• Sellers must disclose any animal-derived materials used (e.g., leather, bone, fur).
  
  

5. Counterfeit, Stolen, or Infringing Goods

• Counterfeit or replica goods (e.g., knock-off designer items) are prohibited.
  
• Unauthorized copies of copyrighted material (movies, games, software, etc.) are not allowed.
  
• Stolen items or those obtained unlawfully are forbidden.
  
• Sellers must not use logos, trademarks, or copyrighted images they do not own.
  
  

6. Weapons & Explosives

• Explosives, ammunition, and destructive devices are prohibited.
  
• Firearms may not be sold directly through the Site’s marketplace.
  
• Legal collectible weapons (such as decorative swords) are permitted only if fully compliant with all laws.
  
  

7. Illegal or Restricted Items

• Any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law cannot be listed on Listasale.com.
  
• Items requiring a prescription, background check, or age verification (e.g., prescription drugs, medical devices, alcohol, or firearms requiring FFL transfer) may not be listed or sold through the Site.
  
• Sellers are responsible for confirming that all items comply with applicable legal requirements before posting a listing.
  
  

8. Offensive or Hateful Content

• Items promoting hate, intolerance, or violence are not prohibited.
  
• Historical artifacts with sensitive symbols (e.g., Nazi memorabilia) may only be listed if described with accurate context and educational intent.
  
• Titles and descriptions must not contain slurs, hate speech, or offensive language.
  
  

9. Recalled or Unsafe Products

• Items recalled by manufacturers or government bodies and banned items cannot be listed. (e.g., certain baby cribs, unsafe toys, recalled electronics).
  
• Sellers are responsible for ensuring all items meet current safety standards.
  
  

10. Intangible Goods & Digital Items

• Digital assets, cryptocurrency, prepaid cards, gift cards, coupons, and non-tangible services may not be listed.
  
• Listings must represent physical goods or verifiable sales events.
  
  

11. Responsibility, Shipping, & Compliance

• All shipping, delivery, or pickup arrangements are made directly between the buyer and seller.
  
• Listasale Com, LLC does not facilitate, verify, or guarantee any delivery or payment.
  
• Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their listings and sales comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  
  

12. Reporting Violations

If you believe a listing violates this policy or applicable law, use the “Flag Page” feature or email info@listasale.com with the item link and details.

13. Enforcement

• Prohibited items may be removed without notice.
  
• Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account termination.
  
• Refunds or credits are not guaranteed for removed listings.
  
• In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, Listasale Com, LLC reserves the right to contact law enforcement or pursue legal remedies.

Final Responsibility

It is the responsibility of each seller and buyer to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By listing on the Site, sellers confirm they are legally permitted to sell the items offered.
